Corporate Dining & Events

Business, over a Spanish table.

Shared plates change the temperature of a room. Ten guests or sixty, on a rooftop two MRT stops from QSNCC — Chef Sandro Aguilera's kitchen hosts the evenings your company needs to get right.

Why it works

The format is the argument

Most corporate venues ask your guests to sit still and be impressed. A Spanish table asks them to reach across it — and that difference does more work in a room than any tasting menu.

It de-formalises the room

Dishes arrive to be passed, carved and shared. Conversation starts on its own — which is the entire point of a client dinner. Nobody has to perform.

It scales without losing character

The same menu logic holds at eight covers and at forty. You are not choosing between an intimate dinner and a large one — only how many plates land on the table.

Distinctive, not intimidating

Jamón carved to order, arroces, a carabinero worth passing around. Memorable enough to justify the invitation, never so precious that guests worry about the cutlery.

Client entertaining

The dinner that has to land well. Shared plates keep the evening conversational and the room warm, without the hush of a formal dining room.

Team & department dinners

Long tables, plates down the middle, one bill. Easy to seat a department without splitting it into islands that never speak to each other.

Year-end parties

December books early. Indoor dining room, open terrace, or both — with the whole floor available when the guest list outgrows a single room.

Launches & press evenings

A rooftop terrace that photographs well and a canapé-and-cava format that keeps guests standing, circulating and talking.

Embassy & chamber receptions

National-day receptions, chamber mixers and delegation dinners — with a genuinely Spanish kitchen behind them. The Peruvian and Argentine embassies are one soi away.

Partner & board dinners

Smaller, quieter, and worth the wine list. A private corner of the terrace, or the chef's table for the five people who need to talk.

The menu

Built for the room, not picked from a list

We start from the evening itself — how many, how long, whether people need to keep talking or want to sit down to a set menu — and shape the plates around it. Charcuterie and tapas to open, arroces and larger cuts to share, a dessert worth staying for.

Dietary requirements are planned into the menu rather than improvised on the night — tell us what the table needs and we'll build around it.

Getting there

Close to where your guests already are

The 8th-floor rooftop of P23 Tower on Soi Sukhumvit 23 — walkable from Asoke, and near enough to the business district that a 19:00 start actually starts at 19:00.

Drive times are typical off-peak. Bangkok being Bangkok, allow more at 18:00 — and note the entrance is inside an office building, so we send arrival directions with every confirmation.
