Doors and registration from 17:00, films from 18:00, and we are quiet again by 22:30. Every guest is given an Estrella Damm wristband and a set of headphones on the way in.

The idea

A rooftop that was already shaped like a cinema

Our terrace sits on the 8th floor of P23, open to the sky, with a run of tiered timber steps facing out across the city. It was built as a place to sit and linger. Point a screen at it and it becomes a small cinema.

So for one evening we will. Take the steps or a bean bag, order from the Spanish aperitivo list, and watch as the light goes. It is the sobremesa — the part of a Spanish evening that happens after the food, when nobody wants to leave the table — turned into an event.

The programme

Four blocks of film

In this order, from 18:00, with Thai subtitles and the headphones you're given at registration.

    Three of the brewer's own Mediterranean shorts — The Little Things, La Vida Nuestra and Vale, the last of them directed by Alejandro Amenábar.

The evening, practically
Bean bags, not rows.

Premium bean bags and low tables on the deck, plus the tiered steps — lounge seating, nobody in lines. The Spanish aperitivo list is open all evening, Estrella Damm is on draught, and there is a dressed photo corner with a Barcelona backdrop for the shot that ends up on Instagram.

If it rains, we move the screening inside to the dining room. The evening does not cancel.

Request a place

There are between 50 and 70 places on the terrace for the evening, at 580 THB per person. Tell us how many you would like and we'll email you to confirm your place and how to pay. Nothing is charged or held by this form — a person comes back to you.
